What is your purpose or mission?

Our Mission

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: How that by revelation He made known unto me the mystery;  - Ephesians 3:1-3

Lighthouse Mystery Ministries mission is to teach, equip and prepare The Body of Christ according to the dispensation of the grace of God.  Amidst the dullness and teaching of law under the banner of grace, LMM will “press toward the mark for the high calling of God in Christ Jesus”.

Ministry Profile

Lighthouse Mystery Ministries was established February 10, 2001 for the purpose of bringing light to "believers first, and then to the lost" (2 Corinthians 2:15-17). This light is the message of the grace of God as revealed to our apostle Paul by Our Lord and Savior, the risen, glorified Jesus Christ!

Most believers (those people that have placed their trust in Jesus Christ's death, burial and resurrection for their salvation) may find this web site troubling. Even so, it is my prayer that believers will grow in the understanding of the hope of His calling and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:15-22). I pray that believers will check the scriptures as the noble Bereans did "to see if those things were so".

It is commonly believed that only Orthodox Christianity has embraced the traditions of man. I have found that Fundamental, Bible-believing Christianity (even those well-known radio ministries...) have inflicted the same dogma on believers today. Some intentional, some unintentional, your situation will be unique.

Most importantly, I want to thank Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who hath saved me and washed me in His blood and gave us the apostle Paul to tell us (as Paul Harvey would say "the rest of the story") about the riches of His grace for the saints who are in Christ!

What is your statement of faith?

WE BELIEVE:

The MYSTERY “Hid in God” (Ephesians 3:5) was the divine purpose to make of Jew and Gentile a whole new thing, that is, the Church, which is Christ’s Body. The revelation of this Mystery was committed to Paul, and it is in his writings alone that we find the doctrine, position, walk and destiny of the Church, The Body of Christ.

A) The verbal inspiration and plenary authority of the BIBLE in its original writings.

B) The eternal trinity of the GODHEAD (Romans 1:18-22).

C) The eternal deity, virgin birth, vicarious death, and spotless humanity of the LORD JESUS CHRIST (as detailed in the Gospels according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and prophesied by men ordained by God in the Old Testament books, Philippians 2:1-11).

D) MANKIND by nature is sinful and under the condemnation of God (Romans 5:12-14).

E) Personal SALVATION is by God’s grace, through faith alone (no outward "expression of faith"; Romans 4:4) in the crucified, buried, risen, and glorified Christ (Ephesians 2:8,9).

F) The ETERNAL SECURITY of all the saved (Titus 3:4-7, Ephesians 1:13).

G) The personality, deity and distinctive operations of the HOLY SPIRIT throughout time in regards to His dealing with mankind as demonstrated throughout the bible.

H) The essential unity of all believers of the present dispensation as members of the one true Church, the BODY OF CHRIST (Ephesians 4:1-6, Philippians 2:1-2,).

I) The GIFTS enumerated in Ephesians 4:7-16, have been given for the building up of the Body of Christ. The sign gifts of the Acts period were temporary in character, and have ceased until the completion of Jesus Christ’s revelation to the apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 13, especially 13:8-10)

J) Communion as revealed through Paul for the members of the Body of Christ “TILL HE COME” (1 Corinthians 11:18-34).

K) All believers are made members of the Body of Christ by ONE DIVINE BAPTISM of the indwelling Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:4-6; Romans 6:4), by which also they are identified with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. In the light of I Corinthians 1:17, Ephesians 4:5 and Colossians 2:12,
we affirm that water baptism has no place in God’s spiritual program for the Body of Christ in this dispensation of grace.

L) The RESURRECTION of the Body (Ephesians 2:1-7; ref. 1 Corinthians 15 especially 15:50-54).

M) The Pre-tribulation RAPTURE of the Church (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 2 Thessalonians 2, 1 Corinthians 15:51,52)

The personal, Pre-millennial RETURN OF CHRIST to reign on earth (Revelation 1:7, Matthew 24:1-30,     Isaiah 60-66).

N) The ETERNAL PUNISHMENT of the unsaved dead (Ephesians 4:17-19).
