Week 17 Action:

In the weeks' final action it was the Hackers and Toiletbrushers logging an 11-5 clip to lead all teams! With the conclusion of the week, the Hackers are this year's champions! The Hack-attack used a consistent approach of foul play and cheep shots to win the second half while running away with their first title. The Mallers with a 10-6 spot checked in at 2nd. The Mallers were short changed this year falling short of the overall title as well as the 2nd half standings. The Pounders clubbed their way to a 9-7 mark using their relentless, strikes at opponents heads. The Rulers fell off the pace to end the season at 6-10 but critics were surprised at the fall of the Catwomen. The Cats used up all of their 9 lives this season after a tremendous 2004 season. The 1/4 Pounders rested their starters to take a look at new talent and fell to 4-12 for the week.

Week 16 Action:

The Pounders won by a mere game checking in at 11-5 in week 16. Using their relentless tactics, they were able to take advantage of the opposition. The Hackers again proved their dominance with a 10-6 clip all but eliminating the division barring a major collapse in week 17. The improving Rulers excelled at a 9-7 mark and have done a good job over the last several weeks! The 1/4 Pounders and Mallers were not only tied for the week but were tied for the win and loss column at 8! The Toiletbrushers were close to the rear with a 7-9 streak and the struggling Catwomen clawed away 5-11.

Week 15 Action:

With some Saturday games scheduled, this weeks' action was further divided over 3 days! The hard charging 1/4 Pounders continued to make a scene going a league best 14-2 and tying for STAR honors. Should no other team log a better weekly mark then this, the Q-Pounders will collect a coveted STAR in the hopes of capturing enough of them to win the crown! The Hackers also ran up a 14-2 mark while holding a firm grip on their way to their 1st championship. Barring a major meltdown, the Penalty-Posse are poised to pop the champagne bottles. For the 2nd week in a row, the Rulers were relentless. Making unreasonable requests from anyone around, they scrapped together a 12-4 record. The plodding Mallers checked in at 11-5, good enough for 3rd and are still within striking distance as the final 2 weeks come to an end. The Toiletbrushers logged a 10-6 mark while repeatedly flushing the quarterback from the pocket. The Commode-cleaners are also within reach of the division but must play perfectly to have any hopes at all. The Catwomen have quietly had their milk and nap as the final weeks come to a close. While checking in at 9-7, the Kitties have been practically eliminated from a chance at a repeat! The Pounders were a disappointing 7-9 as their hopes of a championship are coming to an end as well.

Week 14 Action:

In week 14, the Hackers increased their lead with a 12-4 clip! Using their dirty, foul ways, the Meat-cleavers extended both the second half lead and the overall standings lead as they are poised to dethrone the Catwomen! The Toiletbrushers have more to say as they logged in at 12-4 and still are mathematically alive in this tight race. The Mallers chipped in at 11-5 keeping pace with their stingy defense while loathing at any hint at going to the mall, especially during this time of the year! The feisty 1/4 Pounders were part of a 3 way tie for the week checking in at 9-7. Continuing to pound at opponents, the Q/P'ers have not mailed it in even though a chance for a division crown seems bleak. The Pounders were also 9-7 and have taken on new roads to demonstrate their pounding capabilities. They are at their best during the month of December. The Cats also scratched their way to a 9-7 mark and have lost some more ground off the pace. It appears that their attempt to win back-to-back crowns will be thwarted. The Rulers broke even at 8-8 but are much improved since last year with an overall winning percentage of nearly 55%!
