2006 POOL SEASON STATISTICS

Chucky the Ducky says that the pool is a frigid 61°! September was an unusually cool month with very little swimming opportunities. The plague of the leaves has finally kicked in. Both Bubba and I are doing a lot of maintenance work and we are ready to call it quits for the year. Please send all correspondence to Chuckster via campy31@comcast.net

Opening Day occurred Sunday May 28th which was the earliest the pool has been opened in the seven years we have had the pool! We are still battling the leaves and other foreign material but it was nice to pull the cover off as early as we did.
While Chuckster has control of monitoring pool water conditions, we have hired another duck and his name is Bubba. He will be responsible for chlorine distribution and will monitor the inventory. He will also keep unwanted pests and other critters out of the pool.
Last game of the season will be uneventful as little swimming occurred in September. We will put the lid on effective October 8th, 2006! Chucky and Bubba will head to the shed and relax (maybe a golf outing down south...) until next season.
